The Cycling House guarantees 100% satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectations, just send it back within 30 days and we will promptly replace, refund, or credit your account – whichever you prefer. Be sure to contact us with any product issues you may have. If you’ve purchased a HED wheel and your not satisfied then we will gladly refund or swap out any wheel that has not been used yet. If it’s a warranty issue, we honer HED’s warranty which can be view here. 

$500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made before 12 weeks of your arrival date will receive 50% of their deposits paid (this does not include $500 deposit). Cancellation made between 6 and 12 weeks out will receive 25% of their deposits paid. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks from your arrival date = no refund. 

*European Camp Policy:  Once money is received there are no refunds.

*Our refund policy may seem a little harsh, but you must remember that either 1) we are full and turning people away who would otherwise book your slot and 2) with time off work, air travel and so on, it’s not easy or even possible for us to rebook and fill canceled slots on short notice.
